This course is a very practical ‘hands on’ exercise. It will suit those who are in or about to be placed in the Leading Hands role industry. It will also suit those in the commercial and retail areas who are put in a position of responsibility, for organising the work of others, without the first line management responsibilities of supervision. For those with direct supervisory responsibility, the House of Training Supervisors Short Course would be more appropriate.
